Shannon Leary chairs the LGBTQ and Gender Issues Practice Group for Gilbert Employment Law, representing victims of sexual harassment and assault in the workplace before various judicial and administrative bodies. Ms. Leary represents complainants, agencies and plaintiffs before administrative bodies and in federal courts in claims under Title VII, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Rehabilitation Act, and the Equal Pay Act.
